2.5 days per week

To be eligible for this opportunity, athletes must attend Sask Rivers Public School Division.

Eligible Sports: Lacrosse, Football, Softball, Volleyball, Basketball

~ 80 sessions
~ 20 Leadership and Mental Performance
~ 60 Athlete Development (1:1 Skill Development : Strength & Conditioning)

1 Skill development sport session per week and 1 strength and conditioning session per week. These sessions will be split into court sports and turf related sports. TSA will be using both Carlton Comprehensive High School Sr. Athletics as well as high level sub contractors for all skill development training.
