NOTE: Registration closes end of day February 25th. Any late registrations must be approved by both Trach Academy and Prairie Spirit School Division.

High School Athletics Program: 

Trach Sports Academy is pleased to announce an exciting partnership with Prairie Spirit School Division. This partnership offers student – athletes the opportunity to receive elite level athletic training during school hours while earning high school credits with high quality in person instruction. 

Prairie Spirit School Division teachers provide classroom instruction at the Rosthern Community School, allowing for more in class instruction time and cost savings for families on transportation to and from athletic facilities.

NOTE: The program is contingent on minimum enrollment numbers.

What is Included:

  • 5x per week programming 
  • 65 skills training sessions 
  • 30 strength and conditioning sessions + yearly programming specific to sport
  • 35 Trach mental performance sessions 
  • 35 physical education sessions 
  • 35 Flex periods (academic support, recovery, or sport specific training) 

NOTE: The program is contingent on minimum enrollment numbers.

We will be following SHSAA guidelines

Athletic Program Groupings:

  • Football Group:this group will be instructed by Lukas Cardinal during academy hours.  Trach Sports Academy will also provide additional training sessions with former Saskatchewan Roughrider Chris Getzlaf 
  • Softball Group:this group will be instructed by Dane Arntsen during academy hours.  Trach Sports Academy will also provide 20 hours of skills training in evenings ( one evening per month ) with Justin Laskowski 
  • Court Group: Our court group is currently built around student-athletes looking to develop within a Volleyball and Basketball background.
  • Skill specific sessions will be determined off the registrants sport of interest. (Depending on registrations we may look at adding a sport that is currently not in our curriculum)

Other Notes:

  • Students must register themselves with the Prairie Spirit School Division in addition to registering for this program. Registering for this group does not enroll you in the school.
  • This Program is for anyone enrolled in Rosthern and surrounding PSSD schools.
  • Registration includes Trach Academy workout shirts.
  • The program runs through the entire school year.

 Daily Schedule:

  • This group operates 5 days a week (unless there is no school)
  • Athletes receive 1 hour of athletic development and 1 hour of academic development each day.
  • Students will be enrolled in the academy for periods one and two.



$3,750 – TOTAL

1 Payment of $500 ( online )

10  additional payments of $325 ( Sept 1, Oct 1, Nov 1, Dec 1, Jan 1, Feb 1, Mar 1, Apr 1, May 1 & June 1 )
